Hospital to Haven

A deliberate, controlled handover.

When an eligible surrender is assigned to a rescue, Hospital can send selected identity, intake and photo information to Haven. Haven cannot browse Hospital or access clinical records.

Staff confirm the transferThe bird is deliberately assigned from the Hospital record.

Approved information is sentGeneral bird details and selected photos move to the rescue system.

The same bird stays matchedA shared external patient identifier supports later admissions without giving Haven access to Hospital.
